Shutter configuration

If "Output type" is configured as "Shutter", the Programmable Thermostat has the possibility to control a shutter
actuator.
Upon switching off
Options:
- no reaction
- send telegram
It allows you to send or not to send the control telegram.
Upon switching on
Options:
- no reaction
- send telegram
It allows you to send or not to send the control telegram.
