Displaying a Profile and Measuring Roughness Parameters

Each of the roughness parameters is calculated using a formula for describing the profile.
The method of specifying the position of the profile is the [Free] and the [Line].

7.16.1 Measurement of Roughness [Line]

The profile in the entire horizontal direction of the image is displayed. When selecting the
[Line] from the Measurement of roughness, and moving the mouse cursor on the image view,
the mouse cursor becomes
horizontal direction of the image when clicking the image displayed in the image view, and
the profile of the selected line is displayed in the profile view.
