3d. EVAC LED blinks blue: Air is in the process of being evacuated from the specimen
4. Check the lighting pattern of the EVAC LED (blue). If it is blinking, wait until it starts
lighting. Depending on the EVAC/AIR switch operation, AIR LED might light or blink
yellow. In this case, push the EVAC/AIR switch to evacuate the specimen chamber. After
completing evacuation, the lighting pattern of EVAC LED will change from blinking to
lighting.
