Cause
A print job for printing on
sheets was sent when a roll is
loaded.

Wrong paper feed slot for manual paper.

Cause
The Paper Feed Slot used to load
the sheet is different from the Pa-
per Feed Slot specified in Paper
Source in the printer driver.
Paper loaded askew.
Paper loaded crooked was detected when the paper was advanced.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Stop Printing, and then press the OK button to stop print-
ing.
Load the sheet in the Paper Feed Slot matching the printer driver Paper
Source setting as follows.
1.
Press ▲ or ▼ to select Eject Paper, and then press the OK button to stop
printing.
The sheet is now ejected.
2. Load the paper in the Paper Feed Slot specified in the printer driver.
The printer will resume printing.
Change the printer driver Paper Source setting to match the Paper Feed Slot
where the sheet is loaded as follows.
1.
Press ▲ or ▼ to select Stop Printing, and then press the OK button.
2. In the printer driver, change the Paper Source setting to match the Paper
Feed Slot where the sheet is loaded, and then resend the print job.

Follow these steps to reload the roll.
1.
Press the OK button.
2. Adjust the right edge of the roll to make it
parallel to the orange Paper Alignment
Line.

If this error recurs after you reload the roll, re-
move the Roll Holder from the printer, push
the roll firmly in until it touches the Roll Hold-
er flange, and reload the Roll Holder in the
printer.

Follow these steps to reload a sheet.
1. Press the OK button.
2.
Pull out the sheet.
3.
Adjust the right edge of the sheet to make it
parallel to the right Paper Alignment Line
and the trailing edge of the sheet to make it
parallel to the paper alignment line under
the Paper Retainer.
