12 Change Agent Group by Supervisor
When using service code 669 to change an agent
group, the supervisor must enter a 2-digit number for
the group. For example, to change to group 4, the entry
would be 669 04.
13 Agent Changing Own Group
Using this service code, an Agent can reassign
themselves to another Group.
 MLT = Multiline Terminal
 SLT = Single Line Telephone
