Using the Enhanced Utilities (2)
1. Press the Utility key then the message
"MACHINE SETTING" appears.
2. Press "9" of Numeric keys. Then the following
message appears briefly to confirm your
selection.
3. Press ◄ or ► key to select COPY or FAX or
PRINTER.(PRINTER selection is available
when the optional printer card is equipped)
Press Yes key, the next selection allows you to
specify the paper source.
4. Press ◄ or ► key to select Tray 1 or Tray 2 as
the paper source for COPY and FAX
operation.
For PRINTER operation the following
selections are available.

Description
When tray 1 has legal size, this setting make your machine
print out the paper according the received document size.
Select tray 1 for fax or copy operation, the next step allows
you to choose FIXED or CONTINUOUS.
Select tray 2 for fax or copy operation, the next step allows
you to choose FIXED or CONTINUOUS.
