Using the Function Utilities
3. Press the Yes key if the party has been correctly selected.
The Message Display now prompts you to
select the next receiving destination.
If you select an incorrect destination, pressing the No/Clear
key will cancel the inclusion of this destination in the
broadcast. The previous screen will reappear.
If you want to continue selecting receiving destinations using Speed Dial, repeat steps 2
and 3.
(3) Using the Phone Book (List) to specify the destinations.
1. Press the Phone Book key.

For example: To select the receiving destination (Osaka) listed in the Phone Book for
Broadcast 001.
4. When the desired destination is displayed, press the Yes key.
The Message Display now shows the
receiving party you chose, indicating that it
has been selected for Broadcast 001.
5. Press the Yes key if the party has been correctly selected.
The Message Display now prompts you to
select the next receiving destination.
