Conical burrs
Manufactured in Europe, the Encore's ™40mm conical burrs will grind for any
style of coffee. These conical burrs produce a consistent grind that is accurate
and fine enough to produce Espresso, as well as any brew method you may
choose. The hardened steel burrs are durable and will remain sharp for many
years.
