Tools Menu

The Tools menu displays the options described in
Option Description
Display and Opens the
Control monitor and manage your server. The Display and Control window is described on
Configuration Starts the Endurance Configuration Utility. Refer to
Utility Utility's online help for information. This option is only available on IOPs.
Endurance Starts MTCLOG, an MS-DOS based Endurance event viewer that displays events as they
Event Utility occur. Refer to
Windows NT Displays a submenu that starts any of the following Windows NT utilities, described in the
Utilities Windows NT documentation:
• Control Panel
• Disk Administrator
• Event Viewer
• Explorer
• File Manager
• Notepad
• Performance Monitor
• Registry Editor
Note: Some of these options may not be enabled if you are monitoring a remote server.
Options Displays the
monitoring parameters for the server.
Save Settings Saves all Endurance Manager window settings currently in use (including the location of
Now Endurance Manager window(s) on the screen) as the default. For example, use this option if
you changed Endurance Manager setting or parameters and want to save the new settings as
the default.
