The Basic Functions tool bar appears when you open Word Processing.
The tools on the Basic Functions tool bar allow you to move from page to
page of your document and change text characteristics of selections: font,
text size, and text style, as well as other editing functions.

The Advanced Functions tool bar appears when you select Advanced
Functions from the Show Tools submenu of the Options menu. The
Advanced Functions tool bar appears above the Basic Functions tool bar.
