The name of each menu and menu choice has an underlined letter. This is
typically the first letter of the choice, unless several choices on a menu
share the same first letter. The underlined letter is the one you use to
select from a menu. Of course, you can use the mouse, function keys, or
arrow keys as well.
" To select from a menu using the keyboard:
1. Hold down
