Scheduling an Event
The easiest way to schedule an
event is to select a day , and then
select a time from the day
template.
If the Events window is not
showing, choose Events from the
V iew menu.

Changing a Scheduled Event
When you change the time of a
scheduled event, it does not
change its place among the other
times in the Event window and
may appear missorted until you
first view another day' s events
and then return to this day . For
instance, if you change a 9:00
appointment to 1 1:00, the event
remains sorted in its original slot
between 8:00 and 10:00 until you
view another day' s events. The
next time you come back and
view this day' s events, the 11:00
event will be properly sorted
between 10:00 and 12:00.

and a description area.
