MeetMe Conference

A MeetMe conference allows other invited parties who are given a MeetMe conference number to dial into a
conference.
To initiate a MeetMe conference:
Contact your Call Manager administrator to obtain a conference number.
Lift the handset.
Press the more softkey.
Press the MeetMe softkey.
Dial the MeetMe conference number using the keypad and wait for other parties to dial in.
To join a MeetMe conference:
Dial the MeetMe conference number distributed by the conference administrator using the keypad.
Press the Call softkey.
If you hear a busy tone the host has not yet joined the call. Try your call again.
Other conference participants will hear a 'beep' to indicate that you have joined the conference.

Using BLF Speed Dials

BLF (Busy Lamp Field) Speed Dials can be configured on your phone.
Once they are configured, you will see the name or number of your colleague beside the corresponding speed dial
button. An icon will indicate if their line is ringing, idle or in use.
Please note BLF speed dials look and behave differently from standard speed dials. Standard speed dials cannot
indicate a colleague's presence status.
To automatically call the number assigned to the BLF speed dial, press the corresponding speed dial button.
When a call is ringing on their line, the icon beside their speed dial will change and the line button will flash.
When a call is in progress on their line, the icon changes and the color of the button turns red.
