Directories
Using Call History
To view your call history:
Press the Applications button.
Use the Navigation and Select button to select Recents.
Your phone holds information for the last 150 calls, when it reaches the maximum amount it will clear the
oldest entries when new entries are logged.
All items are integrated into one list with an icon indicating if it's a missed, placed or received call.
If only missed calls are displayed, press the All Calls softkey to view all Call History information.
To view missed calls information only, press the Missed softkey
To view further details about a highlighted call, press the Details softkey. You may need to press the more
softkey first.
To delete a record, press the Delete softkey. Then press Delete, or press Cancel to return to the Call History
screen.
If you wish to clear all the call history logs, press the more softkey then press the Clear softkey. Then press
Delete, or press Cancel to return to the Call History screen.
To dial an entry, highlight the desired number then either lift the handset, press Call, press the
speakerphone button or the Headset button.
Using the Corporate Directory
To search and dial an entry:
Press the Contacts button.
Use the Navigation and Select button to select Corporate Directory.
Highlight First name, Last name or Number and enter your search criteria. You can enter full or partial details
to conduct a search.
Press the Search softkey to display the results.
To dial an entry, highlight the desired contact and either lift the handset, press Dial, press the Select button,
press the speakerphone button or the Headset button.
Accessing your Personal Address Book
To access your Personal Address Book:
Press the Contacts button.
Use the Navigation and Select button to select Personal Directory.
If prompted, enter your User ID and PIN and press Submit.
Select Personal Address Book.
Enter your search criteria into Last Name, First name or Nickname using the keypad and press Submit.
Highlight the desired contact and press Select.
To dial a contact, highlight the entry and press Dial.
Press OK to confirm.
