Call Pickup and Group Pickup

Call Pickup and Group Pickup allow users to answer calls that come in on an extension number other than their own.
Users must be configured into pickup groups before this function will work, if you need to amend your pickup group
members speak to your system administrator.
Call Pickup allows users to pick up incoming calls from within their own pickup group.
To answer a call using pickup:
As another phone within your group rings, lift the handset.
Press the more softkey.
Press the Pickup softkey.
The call will then be re-directed to your phone and will start to ring. Answer the incoming call.
Group Pickup allows users to pick up incoming calls from another pickup group.
To answer a call using group pickup:
As another phone within the other group rings, lift the handset.
Press the more softkey.
Press the GPickup softkey followed by their group number (please see your system administrator for details
of group numbers).
The call will then be re-directed to your phone and will start to ring. Answer the incoming call.

Conference Calls

Your phone enables you to talk to multiple parties.
To create a conference call:
During a call, press the Conference button.
This will automatically select a new line and place the other party on hold.
Dial the number.
When they answer, press the Conference button (or softkey) to add this party to the call.
Repeat this process to add another person to the conference. (You can have up to 25 conference
participants in a conference call)
Please note: Non-initiators of the conference can add or remove participants. If the conference initiator
disconnects, the other parties will remain connected and can add other callers.
You can press the Details softkey to view a list of the conference participants.
Please note that while viewing the list, you can remove another participant by selecting their name and
pressing the Remove softkey.
