Phone Layout

Phone Screen

The phone screen displays information such as directory number, active call and line status, softkey options, speed
dials, placed calls, and phone menu listings.

Programmable Feature Buttons

These can be configured differently to be:
Line Buttons
Speed Dial Buttons
Web based Phone Services
Specialized Phone Features
When configured as lines, the buttons illuminate to indicate status as follows:
A steady green light indicates an active call on this line (off hook) or an intercom call.
A flashing green light indicates a call is on hold on this line.
A flashing orange light indicates an incoming call ringing on this line.
A red light indicates a shared line that is currently in use.
No color indicates there is no call activity on this line (on hook).

Softkeys

The softkeys change depending on the status of your phone.
For example, you will be presented with different softkey options if you are on an active call or if a call is on hold.
Pressing the more softkey displays further options that may be available to you.

Navigation and Select Button

The Navigation and Select button allows you to scroll through menus and highlight items. When the phone is on-
hook and no call is active you can press the navigation bar up to display your Placed Call listing or press down to
display your speed dials. The Select button allows you to select a highlighted item.

Conference Button

Use this button to create a Conference Call.

Hold Button

The hold button places an active call on hold.

Transfer Button

Use this button to transfer an active call.

Applications Button

The Applications button provides access to menus such as Call History, User Preferences, Phone Settings and phone
model information.
