TROUBLESHOOTING

In some cases it is possible to remedy minor problems with the aid of the following instructions.
1. If the program does not start, check that:
The device is connected to the electrical mains.
There is no power outage.
The water intake taps are turned on.
The device door is properly closed.
2. If water stagnates in the chamber of the device, make sure that:
The drain trap is not blocked.
3. If the items in the load for washing in general are not cleaned properly, make sure that:
The sanitary aids have been positioned on the washing support correctly.
The selected program is suitable for the load type and degree of soiling.
The spray arm water outlet holes are not clogged.
There is nothing obstructing the rotation of the spray arms.
4. If the elements processed are smeared, stained, etc. make sure that:
The descaler dispensing setting is not too high.
5. If there are traces of rust in the chamber:
The chamber is made of corrosion-proof steel, so any rust marks are generally due to external factors
(pieces of rust from the water pipes, etc.). Special products are available to remove marks of this kind.
Check that the descaler/detergent doses being used are correct. Some products may be corrosive.
6. If the device interface remains off or locked out even if the switch is correctly turned to ON:
Wait a few seconds, the display card might be initialising.
If the display still does not come on after a few moments (screen completely dark): do not touch the
buttons - switch the device off using the main switch. Wait at least 10 seconds after switching off before
switching back on again.
If the display does not reset correctly and remains "dead": contact the after-sales service, as no
procedures are possible on the device if the interface is not active and correctly operational.
If the problem persists after following the troubleshooting instructions above, call your authorised after-sales
service.
