14.5

MAINTENANCE AND ROUTINE CHECK TIME INTERVALS

14.5.1 DAILY

1. Check the descaler and, if present, detergent level in the jerry cans and fill up if necessary.
2. Check movement of the spray arms and visually inspect the water outlet holes to ensure that they
are clean.

14.5.2 WEEKLY

1. Run a program with a thermal disinfection phase "empty", without a load for treatment inside, for
precautionary cleaning/disinfection of the washing chamber.

14.5.3 EVERY SIX MONTHS

1. Check the condition of the water intake solenoid valve filters: clean them by removing the filter
cartridge inside and running hot water through it.
2. Inspect the suction and outlet hoses of the descaler and detergent pumps.

14.5.4 EVERY YEAR

Contact your nearest authorised service centre to have the device completely checked over at the end of
the warranty period and annually for successive years, or, if this occurs before the end of the year, when the
"Device maintenance" LED illuminates.
Maintenance work is not covered by the Warranty, which does not include replacement
of parts subject to normal wear and tear.
The operations which authorised staff will carry out are:
1. Inspection and if necessary replacement of worn peristaltic pump components (especially the internal
hose).
2. Inspection of the detergent intake hoses and replacement if necessary.
3. Inspection of the door seal and replacement if necessary.
4. Inspection of the filters (relative and absolute) of the drying system (if installed) and replacement if
necessary.
5. Inspection and if necessary cleaning/replacement of the filters (water intake filters on intake hoses,
detergent filters on the suction systems).
6. Inspection and if necessary cleaning/replacement of the spray arms.
7. Checking of the detergent dosage settings. Check on correct detergent dispensing using the technical
procedure.
8. Inspection of the steam condenser:
a. Inspection of the nozzles, check that water is flowing correctly.
b. Inspection of the connection, water intake and level pressure switch connection hoses.
9. Check on calibration of the temperature probes (chamber and steam generator) and entry of corrections
/ replacement of probes if necessary.
10. Performance of a complete operating cycle, including the cooling/drying phase, to check for any leaks
or malfunctions.
