 Repairs may only be carried out by the Miele Customer Service
Department or an authorised technician.
Unauthorised repairs can expose the user to considerable risk.
To avoid unnecessary service visits, check that the fault has not been
caused by incorrect operation when an error message first appears.
Error messages appear on the machine display.
Notify the Miele Customer Service Department if you are still not able
to resolve the problem after following the advice on the display.
The Customer Service Department will need to know the model and
serial number of the machine. These can be found on the data plate
(see "Electrical connection").
