1. Place the unit in the 625 mode.
2. Scope : CH1 SG CF
CH2 TP4
TRIG. SG CF falling edge.
3. Rotate the VR13 fully to CCW
4. Rotate the VR13 to CW.slowly
5. Set the VR13 so that the waveform phases are same as shown in
figure
The CF waveform is different by SG type.
