6.2.1. Motor Torque Adjustment

1. Remove the front loading unit with the connection cable.
2. Set the front Switches as shown below.
Front rear DIP SW1:ON
Front bottom MENU SW:ON
3. Set the marker at SERVO by the JOG DIAL, and the SET button to
ON
4. Set the marker at T_REEL_TRQ by the JOG DIAL
5. Set a torque meter at T-Reel table and adjust the torque data so
that the torque is in the specification by JOG DIAL while pressing
JOG/SHTL key.
6. Measure it 5 times and calculate the average, and adjust the
torque data so that the average is in the specification.
7. Set the marker at S_REEL_TRQ by JOG DIAL.
8. Set a torque meter at S-Reel table and adjust the torque data so
that the torque is in the specification by JOG DIAL while pressing
JOG/SHTL key.
9. Measure it 5 times and calculate the average, and adjust the
torque data so that the average is in the specification.
