A great and tasty
way to cool
down on a hot

sparkling pear and apricot cooler
large apricots, halved and stones removed
large pears
50 ml mineral water
Crushed ice

Process the apricots and pears with your
juice extractor.
Scoop ice into tall glasses.
Divide the juice between the glasses.
Top with mineral water and stir well to
blend. Serve immediately.
cantaloupe, strawberry and passion
crush
¼ cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and divided
into two equal portions
50g strawberries, hulled
pulp of passion fruit
Crushed ice

Process the melon and strawberries with
your juice extractor.
Stir in the passion fruit pulp.
Scoop ice into glasses, pour over the
juice and mix well to combine. Serve
immediately.
