Moving Guidelines for the Cisco NCS 4016 Chassis

We recommend that at least two people move the as-shipped chassis from the shipping dock to the installation
site. Make sure that you have at least three people to transport the chassis up and down a ramp. We also
recommend that you leave the as-shipped chassis attached to its pallet for moving. Follow these guidelines:
• Chassis installation location must be identified.
• Packaging should be removed while leaving the chassis firmly secured to the pallet.
