Select Save Settings from the File menu. The Save Settings As dialog box is displayed since this is a new settings file
and has not yet been given a name. Select Cancel.
Select Print Settings Report from the File menu. The Select Categories dialog box is displayed as follows.

Select the desired categories and click on the OK button.
Select Copy Settings Report from the Edit menu. The Select Categories dialog box is displayed as shown in Section

14.1.3: PRINT SETTINGS REPORT.

The dialog box title is now titled Select Categories to Copy. Select ALL CATEGORIES from the Select Categories list
box to copy all categories.
There is one menu item – Setup. Click on Setup and the following dialog box is displayed.
Any Microsoft compatible tool can be added to the toolbar by selecting Add and browsing for the tool.
