Printing a Document in the Confidential Fax Inbox

IMPORTANT
• The Confidential Fax Inbox is available only if the Color Universal Send Kit (standard-equipped for the iR
C4580i/iR C4080i) is activated, or if the optional Super G3 FAX Board is installed.
• You can print documents stored in Confidential Fax Inboxes only with the settings used when the
documents were received.
NOTE
You can print only one document at a time. You cannot print multiple documents stored in Confidential
Fax Inboxes simultaneously.

Press [Conf. Fax Inbox] on the Inbox Selection screen

Press [Start Print].
NOTE
If you want to automatically delete the selected document after it is prints, press [Erase Doc.
