Power Mirrors
P o w e r M i r r o r A c t u a t o r R e p l a c e m e n t
1. Remove the power m i r r o r (see page 20-28).
2. Disconnect the 8P connector.
3. Carefully remove the m i r r o r holder f r o m the mirror
housing. Gently pull it out by hand (see page 20-30).
4. Remove the cover (A), then remove the t w o screws
f r o m the mirror connector (B).
5. Record the terminal locations and w i r e colors.
6. Cut the w i r e harness w i t h the w i r e cutter.
7. Remove the three screws, and separate the mirror
housing (A) f r o m the bracket (B).

8. Remove the three screws and separate the actuator
(A) f r o m the housing (B).

9. Route the w i r e harness (A) of the new actuator (B)
t h r o u g h the hole in the bracket (C).
10. Install the new actuator in the reverse order of
removal.
