PREPARATION FOR STORAGE

Carry out the following operations to protect the tiller whenever it has to
be placed in storage for longer than 30 days.

5. Place the choke lever in the "on" position.
6. Gently pull the recoil starter handle [5] until you feel resistance, and align the reference
mark [3] on the cooling fan [4] with the mark [2] on the recoil starter housing [1]. At this point,
the inlet and exhaust valves are closed. This helps to protect the engine from internal
corrosion.
7. Apply a light coat of oil on areas liable to rust. Cover the tiller with a tarpaulin and store it on
a level surface in a dry, dust-free location.

fermées, et ceci aide à protéger le moteur d'une corrosion interne.
7. Enduire les zones pouvant rouiller d'une légère couche d'huile. Recouvrir la motobineuse
d'une bâche et la remiser sur une surface de niveau, dans un endroit sec et sans poussière.
