Traditional White Bread
Water
Table salt
Butter, chopped
Strong plain flour
Sugar
Skimmed milk powder
Bread improver
Dried sachet yeast
Method
1
Pour the water and salt into the bread pan and
add chopped butter. Combine flour with sugar,
skimmed milk powder, bread improver and
add to pan. Make a small pocket in the top
and fill with the yeast. Wipe any spills from the
outside of the pan.
2. Place the bread pan into the breadmaker,
lower the bread pan handle and close the lid.

4. Select Size, Crust Colour and press "Start".
Bread will be baked in the number of hours
indicated.
