Step 6 Open the valve on the low pressure side of the pressure gauge and the safety
valve, and charge refrigerant through the low-pressure needle valve.
● Do not move the hose or refrigerant cylinder when charging refrigerant.
Otherwise, the reading on the electronic balance will be affected.
● The precharge amount must be less than or equal to the total charge amount
(8 kg for a single compressor system). If the total refrigerant amount cannot be
fully precharged, charge the remaining amount of refrigerant by referring to
5.7.3 (Optional) Charging the Remaining
Step 7 After charging the refrigerant, close the pressure gauge valve and refrigerant
cylinder valve, and remove the rubber hoses and safety valve.

Procedure
Step 1 Tap No on the Wizard Startup screen to exit wizard-based startup.
Step 2 Tap Start on the home screen and confirm it. Choose Maint > Diagnostic > Enter
to enter the diagnostic mode.
Step 3 Change the compressor rotational speed to 3000 rpm.
Step 4 Clear the reading on the electronic balance.
Step 5 Open the valve on the low pressure side of the pressure gauge and the safety
valve, and charge the remaining refrigerant through the low-pressure needle valve.
Step 6 On the home screen, choose Running > Equip Details > Compressor, and view
Suction pressure and Discharge pressure to determine whether they are within
normal ranges. Choose Running > Equip Details > Compressor and view Suction
superheat degree to determine whether it is within the normal range.

Tighten the needle valve bonnets when the charge is complete. Check whether a needle
valve leaks by applying soap bubbles to the valve vent or using a halogen leak detector. If
any leakage occurs, contact technical support.
