10.1.8 ICD Group Features—Supervisory Feature (ACD)

ICD group Log-in

When the required activation key is not installed, 0 or "-" will be displayed as the report result.

The currency unit specified in the system is displayed.

If a call is made using a verification code, it will be applicable for "* + Verification code" instead of an extension call number.

When one user belongs to 2 or more ICD groups, the smallest group number is applied.

This is displayed when Date is selected as View Mode and only one user is selected. A hyphen is displayed for other cases.

If logging in more than once in a day, the earliest time will be displayed.
If logging out more than once in a day, the latest time will be displayed.
Log-in duration for the date is counted from 00:00 to 23:59.

Group report
KX-NSF201 (Call Center Feature Enhancement) or KX-NSXF022 (Built-in ACD report) is required to use
this feature.
