Changed and applied settings will be marked with a green tick over the pen.

To apply the changes until overwritten or EBM Control is restarted the green tick
must be pressed. This will not store the changes in the theme file.
Changes that are made to the theme settings will be marked all the way from out-
side the theme and down to the parameter that was changed.

To be able to modify the theme and overwrite the original settings. Arcam default
themes cannot be overwritten!
