Imaging unit is not installed properly.
● Troubleshooting method :
1. Open the front cover.
2. Remove the waste tone container.
3. Open the inner front cover.
4. Pull and push the corresponding charger cleaner [A
5. Repeat step 4 at least 5 times for each charge scor
