Touch Screen Software

The software that is required for the optionally available UPS (see
"Maintenance and Installation" on page 59
page 77) is stored on the hard drive of the VSB 40.1. Before being able to
use this software, the software must be installed. Install this software using the
"BRCVInstall" installation software saved on the desktop.
For certain types of the VDP displays a touch screen is integrated, that allows
the operation via the touch-sensitive surface of the display.
The device-internal serial interface COM2 is used for the communication be‐
tween the touch screen controller and the PC.
Install the required driver software by means of the "BRCVInstall" installation
software saved on the desktop.
After the installation settings and changes in the application Pointer Devices in
the Windows control panel are possible. The setup program can also be
reached via Start Programs UPDD Settings
