Inappropriate Use

● Handling and assembly systems
● Packaging and food processing machines
● Printing machines and paper converting machines
● Machine tools
● Wood working machines
The VSB 40.1 may only be operated under the assembly and installation con‐
ditions, in the position of application and under the ambient conditions (tem‐
perature, degree of protection, humidity, EMC, etc.) specified in this
documentation.
Using the VSB 40.1 outside of the above-referenced areas of application or
under operating conditions other than described in the document and the tech‐
nical data specified is defined as "inappropriate use".
The VSB 40.1 must not be used if
● it is exposed to operation conditions that do not fulfill the ambient condi‐
tions specified. This includes, for example, operation under water, in the
case of extreme temperature fluctuations or extreme maximum tempera‐
tures or if
● Bosch Rexroth has not explicitly released the intended applications. Do
also note the information given in the general safety instructions!
