To view storage space detail:
1. Click the Base Unit button.
2. In the Tasks panel, under Status, click View Storage Space Detail.
3. Review Storage Space Summary and Voicemail Storage Used by User to determine if you need to ask employees
to delete voice messages.
4. When finished, click Close.
