You can set the inspection conditions following the sequence of the steps below. The details of each step
are described from the next page.

Choose a processing method from Grayscale
Image/Differential Image/Extraction Image.
Adjust variation in colors of light
Select a product type number to register the combination
of inspection conditions.
Import the image of an inspection object into a memory.
Set an inspection area and inspection condition.
Make the settings for outputting the inspection judgement
result, OK or NG.
Display the inspection result, OK or NG, in the display
area for total judgement result.
Store the setting data in the AX40.
Perform inspection by switching to the RUN mode.
