This value to identify the slot of each base unit and the module inserted
in the slot.
• I/O slot 0 (the right side of slot for the CPU slot) of the main
base unit is the slot of "Slot No. = 0".
• The slot No. order is the main base unit, the extension base
unit numbers 1 to 7 in that order, and a serial number is
assigned to each slot of each base unit.
• If I/O assignment of Setting/monitoring tools for the C
Controller module is used to set the number of slots in the
base unit, slot numbers are assigned for the set number of
slots.

extension module: Base No. = 7
is stored in SD6 (I/O No.), the I/O No. is not
