• Retry.
• Verify that the SD memory card or CompactFlash card is not damaged.
• Replace the SD memory card or CompactFlash card.
• Configure settings to permit user CPU restarting in Setting/monitoring
tools for the C Controller module.
• Check if the C Controller module is in STOP status.
Review the specified value, and specify a value that is within range.
Check the specified pointer.
Review the specified value, and specify a value that is within range.
Check the user watchdog timer setting.
(If user watchdog timer is started up by Setting/monitoring tools for the C
