I am getting the "Driver
information not found"
error when I try and add
two drivers to the
appliance at the same
time?
About the Indicator Lights (LEDs)
There are four indicator lights (LEDs) on the front of the appliance.

Condition
When you add multiple drivers to the appliance at the same time,
the names for those drivers (as recorded in their .inf files) must
match. If the driver names in the .inf files do not match, you will
receive a driver installation error indicating the discrepancy. These
drivers will need to be installed separately.
If you are trying to install both an NT and a 2K driver for the same
printer, consider adding the same printer to the appliance twice:
once with the NT driver and the second time (same printer with a
different name) with a 2K driver.
If you are trying to install a 9x driver and the name does not match,
it is possible that the driver names provided for different operating
systems are not the same. If this is the case, please
support.
