Remarks
Plan the Internet access service in per user per
service per VLAN (PUPSPV) mode and apply S-
VLAN+C-VLAN to differentiate users.

The voice over IP (VoIP) service is a carrier-
operating, closed service and primarily adopts only
S-VLAN tags, which are transparently transmitted
by OLTs.

Plan the video on demand (VoD) service in per user
per VLAN (PUPV) mode if possible, as the VoD
service requires only a few VLAN resources.
