16 KGP-2A/2B
1 Connect one end of the KCT-39 to the transceiver. Refer to Section "11 KCT-39" for installation.
2 Connect the opposite end of the KCT-39 to the KGP-2A or KGP-2B.
3 Program the Function Port using KPG-80D, to activate the KGP-2A or KGP-2B.
4 Select "Edit > Function Port" in the menu.
5 Select KGP-2A/2B for the External Devices to assign functions to each port for operating the KDS-100.
6 Select "Program > Write to Radio" in the FPU Menu.
7 The configuration data is sent to the transceiver.
8 The KGP-2A/2B automatically activates when the transceiver is turned ON.
Note: You must use KPG-73D to program the KGP-2A/2B.
Note: Select "Edit > Hardware Setup" in the FPU Menu to program the logic of each port.
