4.3.7 Scanner Cover Open Switch

Scanner cover open switch
The scanner cover open switch is installed on side frame L and detects the open or close status
of the scanner cover.
When the switch is pushed down by the hook of the scanner cover to turn on the switch, closing
of the scanner cover will be detected.
4.3.8 Top Cover Open Switch
The top cover open switch is installed on side frame R and detects the open or close status of
the top cover.
When the switch is pushed down by the plate of the top cover to turn on the sensor, closing of
the top cover will be detected.
While the top cover open sensor is off, a power supply voltage of 24VSW delivered from the
LVPS and the AC voltage delivered to the fuser are cut off.
