Blade Tracking
the blade tracking has been properly set at
the factory. the tracking will rarely need to be
adjusted if the bandsaw is used properly.
To adjust the blade tracking on the bandsaw:

Raise. the. headstock. and. lock. it. in. place. by.
pushing.in.the.safety.stop.knob.
3.
Remove.both.blade.guide.assemblies.
open the wheel access cover.
4.
loosen, but do not remove the lower cap
5.
screw in the blade wheel tilting mechanism
(figure 40).

relax the blade tension.

adjust the tracking set screw with a 4mm hex

wrench as shown in figure 40, then tighten
the cap screw loosened in Step 5.

tension the blade.

spin the wheel by hand and observe how the
