(3) Lid switch
5) Stand the top cover on the cabinet by
supporting it with a wall etc.. In this case,
place a towel between the lead wires and the
cabinet to prevent the leads from damage at
upper side of the cabinet. (Photo. 8)
6) Remove the safety lever (plastic) (catch x1).

7) Replace the top cover on the cabinet.
8) Remove the back cover by inserting a
screwdriver (-) from the lower end of the
bottom.
9) Place the lid upright, remove spring of the lid
switch assembly with a long nose-plier and
remove 1 mounting screw. (Photo. 9)
Next, pull out the pin with the plier, and lift
up the lid switch assembly. Remove the lid
switch by opening the catch.

Following notes are necessary when
reassembling.

Also, make sure the brake works when
the lid end is higher than 30 - 80 mm
(10 - 40 mm) from the upper control
panel on the top cover. (Fig. 3) More-
over, make sure (through the circular
hole provided on rear cabinet) distance
between the safety lever and the cabinet
is 51 ± 3 mm. (Fig. 4)

Lead wires: Blue, Yellow
