(2) Water intake
1) Remove the detergent case.

2) Remove 2 back cover mounting screws at
case assy
rear. (Photo. 5)
3) Remove the back cover by inserting a
screwdriver (-) from the lower end of the
bottom.
4) Disconnect 4 connectors of the intake valve.
5) Intake valve and water feed case are
structured together. Remove it by releasing
2 catches at rear side of the water feed case
and then by lifting it. (Photo. 6 )
6) Take out the intake valve and the valve
mounting base from the water feed case
(3 screws). When reassembling, do not
forget to mount the packing and the spacer
(each 2 pieces). (Fig. 1)
Note 1 : When replacing the intake valve, always
Note 2 : After mounting the water feed case, try
x Before stating washing, open the faucet and check that the water supply hose joint is
not loose and no water leaks.
The loose screw or hose joint may cause water leakage resulting in an unexpected
damage.

(3) Lid switch
1) Remove the rear lid (6 screws).
2) Remove 2 lead wire clamps from the
cabinet,
and remove wire harness from the cord
clamper (1 Screw). (Photo. 7)
3) Remove 4 top and back cover mounting
screws (each 2 screws).
4) Remove the top cover by lifting at rear side
slightly and sliding forward.

use new packing and spacer supplied
with the intake valve.
to make a test operation and make sure
no water leakage exists before mounting
the back cover.
