(LOG_61aa83) objects. Check that the "Present_Value" property values of the "Group Apportioned Electric

Energy" (AC_01xx39) or "Interlocked Units Apportioned Electric Energy" (AC_61aa39)" objects are stored

in the "Log_Buffer" property at the interval set in the "Log_Interval" property, and that there is no abnormal

data, such as a decrease in the value.
