4. Install the screw to secure the computer cover.
5. Reinstall the dust shield if you have removed it. To install the dust shield, align the edges of the dust
shield with the edges of the computer cover. Then, press the dust shield inward until it snaps into
position.

Note: If your computer comes with a dust shield, do not install a VESA mount bracket.
6. Place the computer in an upright position.
7. If there is any locking device available, lock the computer cover. See "Locking the computer" on page 61.
8. Reconnect the external cables and power cords to the corresponding connectors on the computer.

9. Update your configuration. See "Using the Setup Utility program" on page 67.
10. If a newly installed hardware component does not work normally, update the device driver. See
"Keeping the computer current" on page 58.
