1. Secure the differential pressure sensor
inside the cabinet using two M3 screws.
2. Connect the shorter PU hose to the Lo (-)
port above the differential pressure
sensor, and secure the hose to the air
return side using cable ties. (The
pressure inlet is suggested to be at the
middle of the top beam in the figure.
There should be two binding points
adjacent to the pressure inlet. The
distance between the binding point
closer to the pressure inlet and the
pressure inlet should not exceed 25 mm,
and the distance between two binding
points is within 20–30 mm.)
3. Connect the longer PU hose to the port
without the Lo (-) silk screen under the
differential pressure sensor, and route
the hose to the outside through the cable
hole at the bottom of the cabinet. (You
are advised to bind the pressure inlet to
the base closest to the smart cooling
product at 1/2 height of the raised floor
under the air supply vent, with hose end
facing downwards. For details about
securing the PU hose, refer to the
binding requirements in step 2.)
4. Connect cables to the differential
pressure sensor.
4.8 (Optional) Connecting the Water Leakage Sensor
Install the water leakage sensor 0.5 m away from the cabinet. If there is a raised floor, install the
water leakage sensor under the raised floor and keep the water leakage sensor contact downwards.
