Tunnel page displays.

Enter the time between periodic inform updates, in seconds.
Enter the URL of the auto-configuration server.
Enter the username to log in to the auto-configuration server.
Enter the password to log in to the auto-configuration server.
Enter the username to log in to the ONT.
Enter the password to log in to the ONT.
