Clean the conductivity flow cell before calibration (see
the conductivity flow cell, on page
Disconnect the tubing from the bottom of the conductivity monitor and re-
place it with a Luer-to-SNAP connector.
Disconnect the tubing from the top of the conductivity monitor and replace
it with a piece of tubing leading to the waste container.
Select System:Settings in UNICORN System Control module.
In the Instructions list, select Conductivity:Cond Temp Compensation.
Set the Compensation factor to 0 and click OK.
Select System:Calibrate from the main System control menu.
